The National Center for Health Behavioral Change, A Step Forward, Incorporated and AARP are excited about 
the 2011 Women Veterans Conference entitled:

"Women Veterans:  Empowered with the Tools for Success."

Time: 8am - 4pm

 
This conference promises to be an event complete with power packed workshops and panel discussions on Finances/ Budgeting; "What Women Veteran Need to Know", Entrepreneurship, Utilizing GI Benefits for Education, Enhancing Health Care Benefits, Job Opportunities, College Fair, and Life Skills Techniques!
 
Also included will be health care screenings, massages, yoga workshops, relaxation techniques, vendors and entertainment. Continental Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.
 
Conference goals are to:
   - Identify women Veterans throughout the state of Maryland
   -Access information concerning unmet needs/ identify barriers
   -Advocacy
   -Networking
   -Resources
   -2011 women Veteran Database
   -Ongoing Continuum of Care Consortium for Women Veteran

Those who should attend are:
Veterans, Professionals, Active Duty Service Members, Veteran Advocates, Family and Friends of Veterans, and Agencies who service Veterans.


Early Registration Cost: $15.00 (through August 25, 2011)

Late Registration Cost:  $25.00 (August 26, 2011 to September 16, 2011)

Vendor/ Exhibitor Registration: $75.00 (CEU's Available).
